Returns/Exchanges

Marudas Uniforms guarantees a 60 day return policy upon delivery on all items except embroidered, hemmed, altered or customized purchases - these items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. All returned items must not be washed or worn unless defective. All qualified products will be refundable less shipping. There are NO restock fees.

Return Authorization Required
Before you return or exchange any item for any reason, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which is required for all returns or exchanges, and shipping instructions.

For an RMA number please email contact@marudasuniforms.com, or FAX 651-697-7887. Please include your order number, item and purchaser name on your return/exchange request.

All items sent but not received by Marudas Uniforms will NOT receive credit for the return.

Items received without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused and sent back to you.

Exchanges
Option #1: For faster service on exchanges, we recommend you re-order and purchase the correct item online; contact us for an RMA number for your return item. When the old products are returned your account will be credited, less shipping charges. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping the exchange.

Option#2: For those not wishing to purchase a new item before returning the old should use the contact us at contact@marudasuniforms.com to obtain an exchange form.

Shipping charges will apply for all exchanges.

Defects in Workmanship
Defect in workmanship must be presented to us by phone (800-879-3879), fax (651-697-7887), or email within 30 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Shortages or Incorrect Orders
All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by phone (800-879-3879), fax (651-697-7887), or email, within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Order Cancellations
Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled, changed, or stopped. Call us immediately at 800-879-3879 and we will try and assist you. All cancellations require confirmation by our customer service department at 800-879-3879. Please acknowledge that we may not be able to cancel or modify your order. Follow our return/exchange policy in this matter. Orders shipped, but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges.
